The service supports families of disabled children and young people in the North East. Our service includes: support to families to identify and prioritise their problems and access services; family Advice Workers who can arrange visits at home or at another suitable venue; information, advice and support on issues relating to disabled children; a monthly newsletter; and training, through workshops and our Through Transition course. Northeast Special Needs Network (NSNN) works in partnership with other agencies in the region to provide a joined up service for families. It is free for parents and professionals to become members..
