The Autism Team supports children and young people with Autism and Asperger Syndrome, their families and other professionals working with them. The Team supports schools to include pupils with Autism and Asperger Syndrome. They advise on strategies and resources and can work alongside staff in schools to help meet the needs of these children and young people. They provide bespoke and accredited training to schools and other professionals and organise an annual conference for professionals and families. Training packages can be adapted to meet the needs of the wider school community. As part of their commitment to supporting children and young people at times of significant change and transition they offer tailored transition support.
