OJ's provides activities for children with autism and their families. Our programmes include: .

  • Family events - We have sole hire of settings during each holiday period to provide a range of family activities. We also hire out the whole of Longridge Sports Centre where we can facilitate lots of activities and general play.
  • Holiday Club - We run successful holiday clubs each holiday for children with autism age 8 and over at Longridge Sports Centre (PR3 3AR). Each day runs from 10.30am-3.30pm and children have 1:1 staff. Each day costs £10 per child and these clubs are helped by funding from Lancashire County Council Break Time.
  • Mid Week Term Time sessions - We run mid week sessions during term time on a Tuesday and Wednesday at Chipping Village Hall (PR3 2QH) for children with autism age 8 and over. These sessions are run from 3.30pm-6.00pm and cost £4 per child. Children have tea and a tuck shop treat and these sessions are helped by funding from Lancashire County Council Break Time.
  • The Buddy Club - We have run an initial siblings activity at the Chill Factor which was so successful we are looking for funding to keep this very important activity going. We aim to provide activities regularly throughout the year and the group can help to plan and decide what activities will happen next.
