Incapacity Law. We have experience of handling Powers of Attorney, Guardianship
applications, Intervention Orders and Access to Funds applications. We offer
legal aid where the client is eligible to receive it and can visit clients
across Scotland at a time to suit them. We are a firm based in Glenrothes,
Fife, but our client base is Scotland wide. We would be happy to offer friendly
advice in relation to applications under the Adults with Incapacity legislation
and guide clients through the process. As a firm who specialise in Mental
Health Law, we are also happy to deal with any queries in relation to this area
