Out of the Darkness Theatre Company (ODTC) is a professional inclusive theatre company located in Elgin, Scotland who perform and tour regularly throughout Moray, and the Highlands of Islands of Scotland. As well as being a professional theatre company, ODTC provides a range of training opportunities within the company and is an approved centre for SVQ Training Awards in sound, lighting, stage support and stage management. ODTC offers performance and/or technical skills training for people with learning disabilities, including those with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and works with people with complex and profound needs using drama as a process based approach. Community outreach workshops are also offered on an ongoing basis, creating drama experiences for a variety of community based groups, schools etc. Self-referrals accepted.
