At Oxford CBT we believe in supporting all people, both adults and children to live a full and happy life meeting the goals that they want to achieve. As such we offer an initial full assessments with report for young people who may meet a diagnosis of ASD, Aspergers or other learning difficulty. The assessment will consist of discussion and standard diagnostic tools. This will be completed by an experienced qualified Clinical Psychologist of Occupational Therapist as recommended in the NICE guidelines. Following the assessment we can provide support to help people over come difficulties with anxiety, low mood and anger. Please contact us for further information.

Eligibility

Age: From age 3 to 60

Aimed at: Adolescent , Adult , Adult sibling, Child , Child/adolescent sibling, Parent/carer of a child, Parent/carer of a young person, Parent/carer of an adult, Partner, Young person

Referral Sources: Private Only

Registrations & Approaches

Specialisms: Has autism-specific elements, Staff and volunteers get autism awareness training

Other specialisms: Challenging behaviour, Learning disability

Registrations and professional qualifications: Clinical Psychologist and Occupational Therapist. Member of HCPC and BABCP.
