Parklands provides single storey accomodation for individuals with learning disabilities and additional complex needs. This service will provide five single en-suite bedrooms; one offering a ceiling track hoist. All bedrooms have been refurbished to a high standard. Parklands is a detached bungalow with parking facilities and a private garden to the rear with a patio area and lawn. The service has an accessible bathroom, dining room, kitchen, lounge and utility room. Situated in Malpas in a quiet area of Newport, Parklands is within easy distance of local shops, a church, public houses, restaurants, a hairdresser, chiropodist and GP surgeries. Individuals are encouraged to access the community and participate in various activities, meals out, therapeutic activities, cinema visits, bowling and day trips which reflect individual interests and preferences
