The service provides advice, information, advocacy and signposting to other relevant services for patients with any disability. It can also provide advice to carers and professionals such as health or social workers. Information is available on a variety of issues including benefits, welfare, finance, equipment, housing, education and employment. The service can provide a home visiting service for patients of the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre. Non-centre patients can use the advice line or drop in to the Centre for support. The service is open 9.00am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday.
