I offer consultancy and training in autism and behaviour management, with 15 years experience working with people with autism and learning disabilities. Planned and supported service change of people on the autism spectrum, with positive outcomes. I have also set up two services for people on the autism spectrum. I believe in working with a person centred approach as each person has very different needs, offering support to the person with autism or Asperger syndrome, their families and other professionals involved in their support. I can offer strategies to reduce anxiety and help with the person’s communication needs that will help to develop the individual and those involved in supporting the person to understand their needs. Services I can provide are: Socialeyes Facilitator; Family Seminars; Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) consultancy on behaviour management, giving support to family, professionals and carers; Consultancy findings that can be transferred into staff training if required; Support in transition of services; Training on behaviour management, autism and sensory needs or bespoke training as required; Paul Andrews can offer 'The Andrews Asperger Experience' - Paul can also attend training sessions to talk about his experience before and after being diagnosed with Asperger syndrome. He gives a glimpse into one of the minds of a person with Asperger syndrome and so gets a better understanding of the condition. Paul can also be booked as a stand alone session.
