The Phoenix Centre offers the following services to adults with disabilities, learning disabilites, physical disabities and/or mental health problems - Support; Counselling; Communication skills; Exercise; Physiotherapy; Community presence. The Centre is also involved in future planning/transition for young people aged 16 to 18 years. Referral is via social work.
