Prime Performance Solutions train and support professionals and parents/carers to work and live successfully with people who have Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Our unique training aims to: transform lives; develop greater independence; and create substantial savings for service providers. Our training is designed to release potential by training our students to empower those they care for to be more effective, make their own choices and devlop greater independence. Our unique approach enables transformations in behaviours and life styles: by combining Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and coaching techniques with quality trainers who have personal and professional experience. Besides personal experience, our trainers have a variety of qualifications and attributes including: Consultant Forensic Psychologist and 2 trainers with BSc in Psychology; Consultant Speech and Language Therapist; Certified Trainer in NLP and TLT; Behavioural coaches; Autistic Spectrum Disorders (Birmingham University). Training is generally delivered in St Albans, unless delivered in-house. Current training includes: Understanding & Managing ASC & ADHD (1,2 & 5 day); ADHD/ASC Specialist Coaching (8 day); NLP Practitioner Certification (7 day). To date we have trained over 200 people for Herts County Council and we are currently negotiating with other Local Authorities to deliver our training.
