Type of service: Supported living schemes

This service provides care for adults with challenging behaviour on a supported living framework. Their staff have experience of working in acute settings and are qualified to Health and Social Care diploma level 2. In addition, they also have a minimum of two years experience of working in autism specific care. As a provider, they believe in person centred planning and working with a positive behaviour support approach. This service is open to health authority and private placements and are able to working with people who are transitioning from hospital. .
