RAMH FIRST is an out of hours Crisis Service that provides short term support for anyone aged 16 to 65 years experiencing a crisis in their mental health in the Renfrewshire area. Team members are trained in a range of mental health issues, and have a thorough knowledge of local services. The out of hours crisis service is available 7 days a week, from 9am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 5pm at weekends. The Team can be contacted immediately, without referral, are available for telephone based support, or in person if appropriate. We can help to maintain an individual's existing sources of support, and explore longer term options. We can also access other services and supports on your behalf, and liaise with and act as a referrer to other agencies where necessary. Telephone number 0141 848 9090 or Freephone 0500 829 093.
