RAMH provides a range of support, both outreach and supported living, across Renfrewshire for individuals experiencing and recovering from mental health issues. Our support is person centred and is designed to deliver packages of support in partnership with service users. The support provided is to enable service users to maintain their tenancies, as well as their own mental health and well being and varies from simple day to day tasks to complex pieces of work. The level of support is dependant on the assessed need at the time and can range from very small to very large. Supported living referral is via Social Work, referrals to the Outreach element are taken from any source and passed onto our funders for approval.
