Type of service: Outreach, Residential services, Respite and short breaks
Provides residential, respite and outreach placements for people with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions. Services are also being developed for people with autism and for young people leaving school or college with profound learning and physical disabilities. The Centre comprises of three bungalows for ten people and one for eleven. Each single room provides en suite facilities. There is one bed available for respite care. Person centred services and support of a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapy, occupational therapy and dietetic professionals is available. On site facilities include a fully equipped disabled access gymnasium, spa pool and sensory guru facilities.
