Reach Housing is a small private organisation that provides specialist support and housing to adults with learning disabilities, autism, Asperger syndrome, communication difficulties and complex behaviour and needs. Support is provided within people's own homes in a creative manner that ensures their full independence and integration into the community by using person centred planning throughout the care and support process. Reach Housing offers support with all aspects of independent skills development and access to the community, including holidays, access to family, college and educational workplace settings. Volunteers who have undergone a police check are accepted to work with with service users. Referrals are accepted from individuals, parents, carers, social services, health professionals and other professional sources.
