Real Life Options Fife Services operates a range of services within Fife, Dundee and Angus. This is a combined service of housing, care at home and outreach, available to men and women with learning difficulties and autism. The aim of the service is to facilitate a supportive environment where practical, social and emotional needs are addressed. The service has its origins in hospital discharge programmes where service users were offered tenancies with local housing associations and support packages with Real Life Options, promoting integration within the local community. Referrals can be self-referrals or made by Social Services. Contact is made with our local office and a referral form is sent out to be completed and returned. Discussions about costing would be agreed following the completed referral form.
