Redlands is an 8 bedded home in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Redlands has been carefully designed and decorated to create a homely yet spacious environment for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. All 8 bedrooms have full en-suite facilities and in addition to the spacious communal lounge, the secondary 'quiet' lounge and fully equipped sensory room also provide areas for individuals to relax and to spend time away from others should they choose to do so. Redlands provides individuals with high levels of 24 hour staff support from a trained and experienced staff team and support from an in-house psychologist to support complex behavioural and emotional needs. There is also a clear and consistent approach to behavioural needs and a structured day service provision for each individual with an emphasis on skills development. Therapeutic input is also available to support communication difficulties.
