Reed community care provides personal, practical, emotional and social care support for adults, children and young people with autism & learning disabilities and their families. .
They can provide outcome based personalised services and packages of support - from a few hours a day/week to 24 hour care and support. This includes overnight and weekend waking and sitting services that they can also providing to people with specialist health and/or life limiting conditions. .
Reed community care are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have dedicated staff who have the experience and skills of working with individuals in the community settings. With their central office for enquiries in Liverpool, they also have offices in Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Cambridge and London. .
