Type of service: Counsellor

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working in the Garstang area and Lancaster. I offer counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, life transitions and relationship issues. I have specific experience in working with people on the autism spectrum, both as a counsellor and in other contexts.

I believe in tailoring my approach to the needs and experiences of the individual client, and my training in Integrative Psychotherapy helps me to do this. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I abide by their ethical and professional standards.

I offer online sessions as well as Face to Face and Telephone.
