They are able to provide advice, assistance and representation in all aspects of work under the Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act and in the area of Community Care. RMNJ have acted in over 6000 cases ranging from Mental Health Tribunals to the Court of Appeal and have also undertaken many cases relating to the Court of Protection and advised on issues relating to the Mental Capacity Act.
