Uses CBT, Integrative, Humanistic, Person-centred, Psychodynamic, Brief therapy, Solution focused. Primarily a humanistic counsellor using the other methods in a non-judgemental way. Lesley Roberts is also an Approved Adoption Counsellor and an MBACP Senior Accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapits.
