Rogerstone House is a very large detached house in Rogerstone. There are high levels of staff input with a high level of expertise in working with individuals who present with autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviours. Detailed person centred plans are in place with the focus on providing structure and predictability, accessing a range of resources. The staff team are extremely skilled in de-escalating situations and on focusing on proactive means of communication. Communication systems such as PECS are implemented consistently as appropriate.
