Specialising in supporting people with Autism spectrum disorder and Angelmans Syndrome, the service provides person-centred support plans which focus on supporting people to achieve positive outcomes and to help each individual to lead an active and fulfilling life. Individuals are involved in all aspects of the design and delivery of their own support plan.
