The day service includes personal care. There is level access to the centre. Facilities include a multi-purpose area, dining area, quiet room and TV room. The garden is adapted for disabled use with raised beds and patio area, all on one level. The kitchen is specially adapted to enable participation for all. Lunch is provided at extra cost. On-site activities include crafts, IT, photography, games, indoor sport, exercise programmes and guest speakers. Off-site activities include trips out to local attractions, shopping, ten pin bowling, pub lunches, picnics and cinema. Transport to the centre is not included. Outside agencies provide short courses, and therapists can visit the centre by appointment. There is a Separate Personal Care Area with personal care needs being met by suitably qualified personnel. Volunteers may be accepted to work with service users. Self referrals or referral through other agencies are accepted.
