74 Sir Evelyn Road is a home for six people who have a diagnosis of learning disability and are on the autistic spectrum. The people we support may also have associated behavioral support needs and exhibit behaviors that may be challenging for staff who support them. The staff team at 74 Sir Evelyn Road have experience in working with people with learning disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum.

We will implement a carefully planned package of care, using a multi-professional approach around individual's needs. The promotion of choice, personal centred planning and empowerment is an integral part of the care planning ensuring individuals are included at all stages to allow them to take control and enhance their overall quality of life.

We aim to support individuals to develop independence and enhance daily living skills where possible, through structured key worker sessions and careful assessment and risk taking.

We provide 24-hour care with appropriate staff levels, offering each person a choice of activities within the home or the wider community.
