I am passionate about my work and feel very privileged to be a therapist. I value meeting new people, creating a safe space where we can work together and am committed to helping bring about change.
My hopes are to be of help and support, for us together to find answers that are right for you, to enable living life with more ease.
I trained as a Person-Centred counsellor in 1999 and then as a Couples Counsellor with Relationship Scotland in 2011.
I'm an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS);
Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct;
I have experience of working with individuals, couples and groups, face to face, over the telephone, Skype and Zoom. Settings I've worked in are GP practices, EAP (Employe Assistance Program), Alcohol and Drugs dependency project and private practice.

Registrations and professional qualifications: Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS); Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) a member of Person-Centred Therapy Scotland, PCT Scotland and a member of Relationship Scotland. Training, qualifications & experience PgDip in Person-Centred Counselling, University of Strathclyde Group work – A Professional Training, University of Strathclyde Certificate in Couples Counselling, Relationship Scotland.
