We provide independent advocacy services to help resolve issues or concerns you may have about your health and well-being or your health and social care services. Our aim is to ensure that: you are in control of decisions which are made about you; your experiences, views, wishes and feelings are heard; and, you can contribute to improving the health and care services you use. We do offer a drop-in service at Cornwall Council One Stop Shops on a monthly basis - details can be found on the website at www.seap.org.uk
Services offered include:- Independent Health Complaints Advocacy; Independent Mental Health Advocacy; Community Mental Health Advocacy; Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA); Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
