The group is open to people with any form of disability of any age, along with their families and carers. The group meets on Saturday mornings from 10.30am-12.30pm at Hind Leys pool and has a volunteer physiotherapist to offer advice on hydrotherapy and exercise in water. Large and small floats are put in the water on a regular basis to encourage everyone to have fun. We have lane swimming sessions and also Aquafit which is led by a volunteer. Galas and other sports and social events also take place periodically, including kayaking in our own kayaks, summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
