Social Care Solutions provides over 10,000 hours per week of supported living and outreach services to adults and some children with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, challenging behaviours and complex needs. These services include group living (from 2 - 7 people sharing a house), individual accommodation or clusters of individual flats and outreach services to people living with others. We can often help people find somewhere to live if they require a significant support package from us. Whilst we usually have a small number of vacancies available immediately, what we really prefer is to hear about your individual needs so that we can develop a bespoke support package in the location of your preference, tailored to your own requirements.
