Provides a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary and timely diagnostic assessment for Autism Spectrum Conditions in children (7+ years) and adults, following NICE Guidelines and using 'gold standard' assessment protocols. Assessments are led by Chartered Clinical Psychologists with specialist training and experience of the identification of Autism Spectrum Conditions, with involvement from Specialist Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Paediatricians as necessary. A combination of written questionnaires, reports, observation, discussion and formal assessment protocols inform the assessment outcome. From the point of the initial appointment, assessments will be completed within 6 weeks where possible, concluding with a thorough written report with input from all members of the assessment team and recommendations for moving forward.
