St Paul's
Main information
Type of service: Supported living schemes
The St Paul's supported living scheme was opened in March 2003. This innovative project was jointly developed by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in partnership with Autism West Midlands. St. Paul's provides individualised packages of care in eight individual flats, on a single site, for adults with autism and challenging behaviour. The aim of the scheme is to provide a supportive environment, to enable individuals to live as independently as possible. The registered manager takes responsibility for maintaining and developing a site of excellence in the support of the service users who live at St Paul's. Each tenant receives an individualised structure and package of care that best suits their individual needs. We are located in a residential area with excellent access to many local amenities. .
