STACS (Shropshire Telford Asperger Carers Support) is a constituted, voluntary, self-help group of parents, carers and partners of adults (16+ years) with Asperger syndrome/high-functioning autism. STACS aims to provide support, information and a level of knowledge and understanding to family members of adults with these conditions, who live in Shropshire, Telford and surrounding areas. STACS also aims to help improve the lives of those on the autism spectrum, and their carers, by campaigning for better services and provision, awareness-raising and by other means..
