StepCange Debt Charity is the new name for the former Consumer Credit Counselling Service in the United Kingdom. Through its free national telephone service and online Debt Remedy, StepChange is able to help people with debt problems wherever they live. The helpline is open 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am - 4pm.
