Sunderland Children's Services keeps details of disabled children in the City of Sunderland. Parent/carers of children who are on the network are able to get involved in the planning of services. You can join the network if you live in the City of Sunderland and have a child aged 17 or under who has a disabling condition that is likely to continue throughout their childhood.
