Support4SEND Hampshire (formerly Hampshire Parent Partnership Service) provides free impartial information, advice and support to parent/carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and to children and young people with SEND throughout Hampshire. We cover the ages of 0 to 25, and offer support for any level of SEND. The Service offers: a confidential helpline for children, young people and parents/carers; general information on special educational needs; help for those we support to express their views; support through the EHC needs assessment process; help to complete forms and to understand complex documents and reports; home visits and support meetings; presentations to support groups. It also organises annual special needs information days. The Information, Advice and Support Officers have a broad knowledge of education and special educational needs. The team has considerable experience of working with families, schools and voluntary organisations..
