Type of service: Diagnostic services

This service offers diagnostic assessments for autism for children and young people who are of school-age and young adults who are living at home. They have clinical psychology and speech and language expertise on the team as well as other professionals who are also trained in the administration of the ADOS. Dr Stephanie Boyle, Clinical Psychologist, leads this team and she is trained in the administration of the DISCO, ADI-R and the ADOS. Stephanie has particular expertise in the assessment of autism in girls and young women..

Pre- and post-diagnostic services are also available. As well as clinical psychology assessment and intervention work we can provide speech and language therapy across the age range and occupational therapy including sensory processing assessment for teenagers and young adults. .
