A brand new class within Ickenham Taekwondo Club, which was established in 2005. This class allows children on the autism spectrum to train alongside their parent. Classes offer routine that provides a level of comfort, while still introducing a variability and slow changes, with opportunities to develop motor skills, concentration and confidence
