Take-a-Break provides community based short breaks for children and young people who have a disability or life threatening illness, and adults who have a learning disability. Short breaks for children and young people aged 0-18 years include individual support, Saturday Clubs, Play-schemes and After School Clubs. Adults services include individual support, access to college courses and assistance with independent living skills. There is an open referral process. Volunteers may be accepted to work with service users.
