Real Jobs is a supported employment service. We work in Edinburgh to help people with learning disabilities and other support needs find jobs that they enjoy. We believe that all citizens of Scotland are entitled to paid employment on the same terms as everybody else, regardless of their situation. To access this service you must be: over 16; have a support need; and live in Edinburgh. You can access this service elsewhere but would require funding such as a Direct Payment. We use the Scottish Union of Supported Employment (SUSE) five stage model to help people into employment: initial engagement; vocational assessment; job search; employer engagement; in-work support and aftercare.
