The Chestnuts is a 5 bedded home for service users who have learning disabilities, autism, Asperger syndrome, mental health problems or dual diagnosis. It is a home from home atmosphere. We provide 24 hour care 7 days a week. We support with personal care outings, shopping and activities. For referrals, we need an up to date risk assessment and care plan review form of client. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the service users.
