With over 35 years experience delivering challenging outdoor adventure holidays for people with disabilities, The Lake District Calvert Trust has the slogan: “it’s what you can do that counts!”. Our centre in the Lake District National Park offers welcoming and accessible accommodation, with activities for groups, families and individuals travelling with their friends/carers. Our staff will work with you to ensure that everyone reaches their potential no matter what their level of ability, building confidence and developing a range of skills. Whether you are 5 or 105, you can have fun and make new friends, achieving things you never thought you could. Our bursary scheme enables guests who require financial assistance to be able to afford their visit. These funds often support specific geographical areas or disabilities.
