The Park School has 100 pupils with learning difficulties. One third of those have an additional language impairment. The Local Authority (LA) describe us as an learning disability (LD) school with a language specialism. The styles of teaching and the language enriched curriculum suit pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). About one third of our pupils have ASD as an additional need (with LD as primary). Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils following a police check.
