The Lincolnshire Learning Disability Partnership Board (Total Voice Lincolnshire) aims to improve the quality and widen the choice of services for people with learning disabilities. It also supports people to play a full and active part in decisions and discussions about how the lives of people with learning disabilities could be improved. The aim of the Partnership Board is to ensure that the ideas in Valuing People are put into practice and that people with learning disabilities, parents/carers and representatives from all key statutory, voluntary and independent sector organisations work together to make this happen.
