Tourette Scotland is a registered charity that aims to provide information, awareness training, advice and support and events. We offer local support groups for children and adults with Tourette Syndrome (TS) and everyone involved in their lives. We bring together individuals with TS and associated disorders, in order to share information, coping techniques, and develop better services and improve the quality of their lives. We produce newsletters, advice sheets and leaflets, give training sessions for professionals (especially in schools), and provide a telephone helpline for information. Local networks are set up in various parts of Scotland, and as well as local support networks. We also have a Tourette Adult Group which meets regularly.
