Tourism for All (TFA) UK is an independent charity supporting leisure and tourism opportunities for all, operating an information service for older and disabled people, and working with the industry and government to raise the standards of welcome to all guests. Carrie-Ann Lightley runs Tourism for All’s information service. Travel is one of her favourite things. As a wheelchair user herself she understands what it is to experience difficulties in finding suitable facilities and services.
