Transform Residential Limited was established in 2010 to operate the residential provision for all Ruskin Mill Trust (RMT) colleges providing specialist further education facilities and services for young men and women aged between 16 and 25 who are unable to access regular further educational provision in their local college because of learning difficulties or disabilities associated with disturbed or challenging behaviour. Transform Residential will operate a range of provision at each college site: a Shared Lives scheme, Team working households, Homeproviders, and Training flats which meet the needs of the developing skills of the young person as they progress on their journey at the college. The vast majority of the provision is off-site in domestic scale households in the surrounding communities.
