Transition Group - Action for ASD

The Transition Group offers a two hour social session for young adults, aged 16 and over who are diagnosed with or seeking diagnosis for an autistic spectrum condition. The group offers discussions and activities. The group meets every fortnight on a Tuesday evening between 6:00pm - 8:00pm.
