Two Rivers Care Home provides high quality residential, respite and supported living care for Asian women with learning disabilities and/or mental health with an emphasis on the ‘Recovery Model’ to support clients to gain more independence. Based in the heart of Finchley with excellent links to the community and surrounding area. The facilities are spacious, light and well equipped throughout. There is a purpose built activity and sensory room for use by all which includes access to computers, a wide range of crafts and a treadmill. There is a beautiful accessible garden with a swing and badminton area. The service has a focus on ensuring cultural and religious needs are met with culturally appropriate care for all clients. We have an all female care staff to ensure a comfortable environment within the home for all. Asian language speaking staff (including Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali) as well as Asian home cooked food, daily activities, visits to places of worship and celebration of festivals helps to create a true sense of home. Specialist experience and training enables the provision of high quality care for individuals with autism, dual diagnosis, complex needs, refractory epilepsy, wheelchair users, challenging behaviour, dysphasia, schizophrenia, bipolar effective disorder. Another disability and condition the service caters for is contience.
