Values Into Action Scotland (VIAS) was established in 2007. VIAS promotes rights, choice and control for people with learning difficulties and individuals on the autism spectrum. We work with others to ensure that people live good, ordinary, independent lives in the community with person centred supports.
Our main areas of work are around providing training and consultancy, campaigning and conducting research into what does and doesn't work in the lives of people with learning difficulties and individuals on the autistic spectrum. Employability is our main campaign theme as it is one of the key areas where people experience inequality.
